Guan-Carlo Benvenuti (Benny)

Guan-Carlo started in the restaurant industry at a young age learning the ins and outs from his family's restaurants in Vancouver.

He started in the kitchen from the bottom as a dishwasher, worked his way through the many kitchen positions, and ended up in the front of the restaurant, which was definitely Guan-Carlo's calling.

He has worked in different types of restaurants from casual to fine dining in places like Fairmount. Guan- Carlo now finds himself in the best position he has held yet, here at Fluid Bar & Grill, where he started as a part time bartender, and after one year was bar manager.

As his skills continued to grow, he was then promoted to assistant manager of the restaurant. His professionalism, positive energy, and attention to detail make Benny a integral part of Fluid Bar and Grill.

 

 

Raspberry Twist

1 ½ ounce Stolichnaya Razberi
½ ounce Hpnotiq
1 Bottle of SanPellegrino Lemonata

Fill a 16 ounce glass with ice cubes to the rim, and add all alcoholic ingredients. When you have done this, place a straw in the drink, and then place the lemonata into the drink leaving it upside down in the glass for sex appeal. Add Lemon twist as garnish.
